Who we are.....

Mind Body Movement is an exercise studio where the connection of mind and body are merged to create movement that is controlled, powerful, and complete. Each class is designed to strengthen the entire body and bring balance to the mind. The studio is structured around small class sizes so that each person can be given the proper attention and added level of comfort. Our goal is for each client to walk through the door ready for a challenge, and to leave the studio feeling each and every muscle worked. With a large variety of classes offered from Barre, Mat Pilates, and Yoga, boredom will never set in and the results unending!

Mind Body Movement will empower your MIND, strengthen your BODY, and create MOVEMENT for change in your life to be even more AMAZING !

About the Owner.....
Elizabeth has always had a true passion for physical fitness and living a happy and healthy lifestyle. Feeling good about yourself and your body builds great self-confidence and the belief that anything is possible. Elizabeth has been teaching fitness for several years throughout the Greater Cincinnati area and local universities. She holds certifications as a 200 RYT Yoga instructor and Pilates specialist. She truly loves working with people and helping them find their inner and outer strength, while having some fun doing it. Elizabeth has experience with all ages, providing classes for not only adults but children, instilling the importance of health and wellness for our youth providing private instruction for children's yoga and movement. Simply put, at any age we are given a powerful mind, a strong body, and the gift of movement....so let's put it to use and be AMAZING!
